




Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) promoted Queensland as a low-to-medium risk investment opportunity nationally and internationally. The Investor Relations Team relied on the Investor Suite (the Investor Booklet and the Investor App) as their primary sales tool, both of which I was responsible for updating and publishing every quarter.
Investors preferred reading the Investor Booklet, which was expensive to produce, took time to ship, and ran the risk of investors reading out-of-date data if they have an old booklet. I was tasked to refresh the Investor App to encourage investors to use more.
I redesigned the app’s interface and user experience so that investors can find their way around more easily.
After a brief campaign to launch the redesign, QTC saw a spike in app downloads from Apple’s App Store along with greater confidence from the Investor Relations Team when using the app to discuss business opportunities.
